The Best Margaritas in the World
Being from Southern California and traveling around Mexico, I have had my share of margaritas. If you aren't fond of those fake sugary margaritas you get in your typical mexican restaurant, give this recipe a try. It is also great since it works very well with cheap tequila, no need to break the bank with a top shelf label. In a blender add: 1 cup water 3/4 cup tequila (cheap works best) 1/4 triple sec 1/2 can frozen lime-ade concentrate juice of one lemon handfull of ice Pulse blender a couple of times for a few glasses of margaritas on the rocks. If you want slushy, add more ice and blend longer. Pour into salt rimmed glasses, if desired, and enjoy! Salud! |
